Bedroom 4 has a zip n link super kingsize bed (can be configured as two singles), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Situated at the front of the house the view through the elegantly shuttered windows offers sea glimpses towards Trevose.

Bedroom 5

Bedroom 5 being on the ground floor is the most accessible room for those who require a one level living space. Featuring tiled floors with underfloor heating. Super kingsize zip n link bed (can be configured as a twin, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. 

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom features a large bath, rainfall shower, Vanity unit with sink and illuminated mirror, WC and heated towel rail.

Kitchen & Dining Room

The fabulous kitchen with oodles of cupboards and an impressive granite topped island, features a breakfast bar, range cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge and coffee machine. Whilst the dining area provides a generously sized table and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy family meals or group celebrations.

Lounge

Three comfortable sofas surround the media wall containing a 65” TV with connectivity to log into guests own TV content accounts and a feature log effect fire place for cosy evenings in.

Games Room

A 55” TV with Ethernet for fast broadband connectivity. A foosball table and a retro 80’s style arcade game with old favourites like space invaders and pac man are always a hit with guests of all ages.

Garden Room

Across the terrace is a garden room containing the hot tub, where you can relax and enjoy fabulous views over the garden and miles of Cornish countryside. Wifi is available in the garden room. Make use of the seating and floor cushions to enjoy coffee in the morning sun or an evening cocktail.

The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and freezer. A handy coat and boot rack after a days exploring.

The ground floor bathroom is off the utility/bootroom and has a sink, wc and rainfall shower.
